As Your Cargo GSSA we will provide You with following services:      

• RESERVATIONS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
  
  We are trained to make resevations in most widely used CargoSpot tool ans some airlines booking systems as well to work with professional systems as SITA, etc.
  
  Customers benefit from our easy and quick accessibility, extensive proffessional experience of our staff such as ramp-side handling knowledge, awareness of cargo terminal operational processes, airlines inside cargo handling procedures.
  
  Most agents are known in person which is good support to mutual business.
  
  
• FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
  
  We provide revenue collection and financial guarantees.  
  
  Billing to customers is done via local Russian accounting soft 1C to meet local specific accounting documentation standards.
  
  Settlement with airlines is done via sales reports on a monthly or 10-day basis, depending on the airline requirement. Report can be generated in various formats also depending on carrier's standards. Each report is followed by payment order - payments to airlines are done accurately and as per contract timeframes.
  
  Payment guarantee can be provided either by arranging a Bank Guarantee or funds deposit directly to airlines account.
